Исполнительный комитет МОК встречается в городе-организаторе каждых Игр как минимум один раз перед их началом. Эта встреча является предметом значительного интереса со стороны СМИ. Также как и для визитов координационной комиссии необходимо предоставить услуги для СМИ, такие как аккредитация и др.

IOC executive board meets in the host city of each Games at least once before the Games begin. This meeting is subject to significant media interest. As with coordination commission visits, services must be provided for the media such as accreditation, etc.
